Handling Time:

1. Order Processing: Orders received before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day they are received. Otherwise, orders are processed within 1 business day, except for holidays which may extend handling times.
2. Order Confirmation: Once an order is received, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible. We will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Shipping:

1. Shipping Options: Currently we offer UPS Standard shipping at $9.99 USD (free for orders over $200.00 USD), UPS Expedited shipping, at $14.99 USD (free for orders over $300.00 USD), and UPS Express shipping, at $19.99 USD. Shipping options are displayed at checkout, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
2. Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and your location. Typically, UPS Standard service takes between 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. UPS Expedited service takes 2 business days for domestic shipping. While, UPS Express service takes 1 business day for domestic shipping Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping option you choose, the weight of the package, and the destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
