Thank you for considering purchasing our product. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, which includes efficient handling and shipping times. Here is our handling time and shipping policy:

Handling Time

Order Processing: Orders received before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day they are received. Otherwise, orders are processed within 1 business day, except for holidays which may extend handling times.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is received, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to make any changes to your order including address changes or need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at hello@dentalfinds.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible. We will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Shipping

Shipping Options: We offer 3 service levels to the Contiguous US (Economy, Standard, and Express). And 2 service levels to Alaska/Hawaii (Standard, and Express). Shipping options are displayed at checkout, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and your location. Typically, Economy service takes between 3-6 business days for domestic shipping. Standard service takes 2 business days for domestic shipping. While, Express service takes 1 business day for domestic shipping Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online. Or you can use our order tracking portal
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping option you choose, the weight of the package, and the destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Heavy/Bulk Items will be subject to an extra $20.00 shipping fee.

Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.
